  • Togal can find the total area of a room or even multiple rooms with just a few clicks.
  • eTakeoff Dimension uses Togal’s length measurements to quickly takeoff individual wall segments, all interior or exterior walls, or even entire footprints.
  • Togal’s count capabilities allow estimators to view a list of all recognized objects on the floorplan, which can be counted with a single click. Total counts of everything from doors to sinks to toilets and other objects can be generated almost instantly.

eTakeoff combines the power of Togal.AI with SnapAI, our patented AI construction takeoff and estimating software enhances eTakeoff Dimension Premier with inherent AI capabilities. SnapAI enables point, logical line, and polyline selection, cutting electronic takeoff time in half by allowing an estimator to instantly grab corner points or entire line measurements instead of having to click on each end of the line.
