At eTakeoff, we realize that training is a critical component of our products. We also understand that the time our users spend training is time not spent doing the work assigned to them. So we try to make training as convenient and efficient as possible.

Training Videos – Free
eTakeoff offers a series of training videos that show how to use our viewer. These videos are available from within the product documentation and also on-line. On-line, go to the Training Videos.

On-line Group Seminars – Free
Some support packages include group training. Group training sessions are scheduled in advance to address specific topics. Multiple individuals view the trainer’s computer while participating in a conference call. The training finishes with a question and answer period. See our schedule for On-line Seminars.

On-line Personal Training
Some support packages include personal training or it can be purchased directly. With personal training, you connect via the internet to the trainer’s computer while conversing on the phone. The trainer can demonstrate functionality or even give you control of the keyboard and mouse to try it yourself.
