All purchased eTakeoff products come bundled with 90 days of our Complete Care Support and Maintenance, after which customers can purchase Complete Care on an annual basis.

Complete Care Includes:

Phone Support
With toll-free phone support, users simply call eTakeoff at (888) 825-2877 with any questions or problems. In most cases you’ll be connected directly with a support person. eTakeoff has support tools that allow us to view your screen and clearly understand your situation.

Email Support
With email support, questions can be sent to support@etakeoff.com We will respond by email or phone within one working day.

Maintenance
Maintenance includes all enhancements and other software changes to improve our products.
